- Calum Wilson
Head Trainer – Limitless Health & Fitness
With over seven years experience in training pregnant women, we can give you our absolute guarantee that you will have a safe and rewarding experience training with our team.
Calum returned to England to complete a diploma in Personal Training, before working at LA Fitness, where he worked closely with Peter Nunn, a recognised specialist in Pre and Post natal training. This is where Calum gained his passion and expertise in training pregnant women.
Since then Calum moved to Sydney, after a short stint at an all female gym he established himself at Fitness First Balgowlah, specialising in Pre and post Natal training, advanced fat loss, sports specific and injury rehab.
He has also just completed his qualification in sports massage.
Exercising in the first three months after giving birth can cut a mother‚ risk of postnatal depression in half as well as increase her sense of wellbeing, according to a University of Melbourne study.

Ross has aspirations to take his knowledge further to becoming a life coach and help people in all walks of life, not only health and fitness.
After obtaining his Cert III and Cert IV and registering with Fitness Australia he has focused his expertise on pre and post natal exercise under the expert guidance of his mentor Calum Wilson.
Ross is a true believer that a positive outlook on life can help you achieve anything, coupled with his friendly approachable nature he is 100% committed to helping people.
Ross has aspirations to take his knowledge further to becoming a life coach and help people in all walks of life, not only health and fitness.
