As you hopefully have already seen from our website, we are experts in exercise and fitness throughout pregnancy. We are based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and are currently known as one of the only companies which specialise in pre and post training.
With over 6 years experience and having trained over 100 women in both England and Australia we are looking to become the number one resource for training though pregnancy. We are going to use this platform to inform everyone of what Limitless are doing on a weekly basis as well as talking about many different topics involved in having a healthy pregnancy.
